add 50g corn flour into bowl
add 150g prawns and then add 1 egg
Add salt to taste and mix well
Add oil to a frying pan and allow the oil to heat up
Add the prawns and fry till golden brown
Add oil to the heated pan.
Add 1tsp of garlic
Add 4tbsp of tomato sauce and stir well
Then add 2tsp of vinegar and 1tbsp of brown sugar and stir
Pour 40ml water and stir well
Then add 1tsp of corn flour mixed with 3tsp of water
Once the sauce comes to boil add diced red bell peppers, carrots, cucumber and pineapple and stir well
Finally add the batter fried prawns to the sauce and mix well
Place a pan on a high heat stove and add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan
Add 1 tsp of chopped ginger to the pan
Scramble 2 eggs in the pan
Add 1 tsp of salt to the pan
Mix in 500g of cooked rice to the pan
Season with 1 Maggi Chicken Seasoning cube and mix
Add 20g of leeks and mix well
Serve the sweet and sour with the warm rice and Enjoy!
