Put all the ingredients into the bowl and beat well
Pour oil into the pan
Pour in the omelette mixture and close the lid until the Omelette is cooked
Pour oil into the pan and put the chopped onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, rampe, green chilli and lemon grass and sauté well
Add the Maggi coconut milk powder mixture.
When the omelette curry is boiling, add Maggi rasa musu
Finally add omelette & ladies’ fingers (Okra)
Close the lid for 10 – 15 min before serving.
