Begin by heating 300ml of water in a pan until it reaches a boil. Once boiling, stir in the flavor packet provided with the noodles, ensuring it's well mixed, then add the noodle cake to the pan.
In a separate pan, heat 2 tbs of oil over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the prawns to the pan, Let the prawns fry for about 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and 2 tablespoons of soya sauce to the prawns. Mix well to coat the prawns evenly.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chili flakes over the prawns and mix well.
Add the cooked Papare kottu to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Finally, add chopped spring onions and shredded cabbage. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crunchy.
