In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Introduce the Papare kottu noodles to the pan, mixing them well with the garlic-infused butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle grated cheese over the noodles. Allow the cheese to melt, then remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley leaves before serving.
