First add 150g cuttlefish into a bowl and then break 1 egg
Season with 1 tsp salt and add 50g corn flour into the same bowl and mix well
Pour oil to a pan on a high heat stove and add the cuttlefish to fry till golden brown.
Add 50g of butter to a pan,
Add 1tsp of garlic and1tsp ginger to this
Then add 1 tbsp of chili paste and mix
Whilst mixing add in 1tsp of chili flakes and mix well.
Mix in 1 tsp oyster sauce and then add the cuttlefish and mix well.
Season with salt to taste.
Move the cuttlefish mixture to the side of the pan and scramble 2 eggs on the other side of the pan.
Mix the eggs and cuttlefish together
Then add the rice to the pan and mix well.
Season with 1 Maggi chicken seasoning cube and mix.
