Place a pan on a high heat stove and add oil into the pan.
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves & sauté well.
Then add chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric & salt whilst mixing.
Add kos ala and sauté well.
Take off from the stove and squeeze in lime juice.
Fry kos madulu and fill those with the kos pirawum filling.
Place a pan on a high heat stove and put oil into the pan.
Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic, rampe & saute well.
Then add chilli powder, curry powder, roasted curry powder, turmeric, cinnamon stick, Salt & mix well.
Once the above mixture is fried well, add Maggi coconut milk.
When the curry is boiling well, add filled kos madulu.
Let the curry to cook well and close with a lid.
Switch off the stove.
Open the lid and sprinkle roasted curry powder on it and close the lid.
Let the curry to dry.
