Boil potatoes and once it is boiled mashed it
Add 4 tbsp of oil to a pan, once it is heated, add pandan leaves, curry leaves, cinnamon to it
Add chopped onions, carrot, leeks and mix well
Put ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli powder, curry powder, green chilli, salt, and sauté for a while
Add Maggi vegetable seasoning cube to the mixture
Put mashed potatoes to it and fry the mixture, let it cool
Add water and salt to taste to the flour bowl, mix well and make the batter
Make small balls from the mixture & dip it in the batter and then bread crumb
Deep fry balls until it turns it to golden colour and enjoy warmly
