Wash and drain the chicken. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, chili powder and turmeric powder and set aside.
Blend gambodge, onions, green chilies, garlic, ginger, chili powder, turmeric powder, MAGGI Jumbo Chicken Cube, salt, pepper and water to a paste.
Add the paste and oil to the seasoned chicken. Mix well.
With the aid of a banana leaf place the chicken in a clay pot.
Cook the chicken on medium heat for a little while. Cover and cook for a further 20 -25 minutes on medium heat till the chicken is cooked.
Or place on a flat tray and bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 200℃ temperature.
Garnish with sliced tomato, shallots, green chilies and sliced lime.
Serve warm.
